House of 70m² for 2 to 3 people: entrance into a large living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, dishwasher, lounge with fireplace, TV, wifi (fiber), a study, a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and possibility of 1 extra person with the bed 90x190 in the bedroom at no extra charge, TV, a shower room with a large shower and washing machine; separate toilet. Parking available in the street in front of the Holiday cottage.

From the Holiday cottage you have access to a large footpath in the Countryside where you can go for walks; also just a few kilometers away are the Forest des Bertranges; the Vineyards of Pouilly sur Loire and Sancerre; the Loire, Charité-sur-Loire, ...
