Come and discover this lovely, fully-renovated, single-storey semi-detached house in the heart of the Bresse Jurassienne region. Shops are just a stone's throw away, as is the Desnes water sports center. You'll also be within easy reach of the splendid vineyards and major tourist attractions such as Château-Chalon, Baume-les-Messieurs and the spa town of Lons le Saunier. The spacious living area includes a dining room, a lounge with large flat-screen TV, a reading corner and a library. Fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed and TV. You'll also find a bathroom (bathtub) and a shower room with a large walk-in shower. Separate WC. Depending on the weather, you'll be able to make the most of the veranda, which has been converted into a cosy corner, or the terrace behind the house, equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. Unenclosed adjoining land. For your comfort, beds will be made up on arrival.

    Séjour mitigé

    Maison non mitoyenne mais grande maison divisée en plusieurs parties.Le bas est divisé en 2 parties. Une pour gîte de France. L autre partie est occupée par la maman de la propriétaire et l'étage est loué par un couple et 2 enfants en permanence. Ce qui n est pas indiqué dans l annonce. Il faut aimé la promiscuité ce qui n est pas notre cas. La maman est très accueillante mais un peu trop intrusive à notre goût. Elle venait frapper tous les matins pour nous saluer alors que nous venions a peine de nous lever et nous demander le programme de la journée. Le gîte est très spacieux. Comme la maison est située en bord de route vous avez 2 chambres de ce côté là ce qui peut être dérangeant. En résumé nous souhaitions un gîte indépendant et nous avons séjourné avec plusieurs occupants sans etre averties. Si nous l avions été nous n aurions pas loué ici. Le prix pour notre part n est pas conforme aux attentes.
