On the edge of the Chaux forest, this detached house comprises on the ground floor a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a sitting area, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140*190), a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine converted into a relaxation area, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90*190), a bedroom with a double bed (140*190), a shower room with shower cubicle and a separate toilet.
Outside, you can enjoy the peace and quiet on the terrace, complete with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
Ideally located for walking and cycling, and for discovering the town of Dole, a town of art and history. The Saline Royale d'Arc et Senans, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is 15 mns away, and during the summer months you can visit the exploratory game "le trésor volé du Val d'Amour" at the Baraques du XIV (5 mns drive from the gîte).
Note: a compulsory cleaning fee of 70 euros will be automatically added at the time of booking.

Béa/Bruno Excellent séjour
Excellent séjour avec une belle météo. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire avec de la bonne confiture « maison ». Grand espace , maison fonctionnelle. Jardin très agréable. Balades dans la forêt de Chaux sur place.
