On the edge of the Chaux forest, this detached house comprises on the ground floor a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a sitting area, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140*190), a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine converted into a relaxation area, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90*190), a bedroom with a double bed (140*190), a shower room with shower cubicle and a separate toilet.
Outside, you can enjoy the peace and quiet on the terrace, complete with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
Ideally located for walking and cycling, and for discovering the town of Dole, a town of art and history. The Saline Royale d'Arc et Senans, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is 15 mns away, and during the summer months you can visit the exploratory game "le trésor volé du Val d'Amour" at the Baraques du XIV (5 mns drive from the gîte).

5/5Gite très agréable dans un environnement calme et bien situé pour découvrir la région jura, haute Saône et Cote d'Or.
excellent accueil du propriétaire
gite spacieux, très bien aménagé fonctionnel et très propre.
le petit plus maison fraiche même en cette période de fortes chaleurs. C'était un réel plaisir de rentrer le soir après de longues promenades.
Gite à recommander sans modération à toutes les personnes souhaitant passer des vacances idéales.
mais avec les gites de France nous ne sommes jamais déçus- Cleanliness 5/5

Idéal pour les amoureux de la forêt
5/5La maison est idéalement située au coeur de la forêt de Chaux. Elle est donc le point de départ des nombreuses randonnées forestières possibles.
La maison est spacieuse, pratique, très bien équipée. Elle reste bien fraîche quand il fait chaud.
Le jardin est vaste. On peut s'allonger dans l'herbe sous les arbres.
Les propriétaires sont charmants, accueillants et très arrangeants.
