In the heart of a quiet village, 5 minutes from Dole, City of Art and History, at the foot of the Jura mountains and its many Hiking trails, but also close to the cycle route, you'll stay in a very bright 90 m2 apartment, on the second floor of a Detached house occupied by the owner (with an independent entrance).
The non-smoking Holiday cottage comprises a small veranda, a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa and TV, two bedrooms: one with 1 double bed (160*200) and the second with 2 twin beds (80*200), a shower room and separate toilet.
For your comfort, beds will be made on arrival and towels are provided. You'll enjoy a terrace with arbour, garden furniture, barbecue and a Piscine shared with the owners (10mX5m and 2 meters deep). Use of the Piscine is subject to the owner's rules and regulations. Less than 2 km from shops and freeway access. On-property parking and secure two-wheeler storage area. Electricity recharging point 500 m from the Holiday cottage.

Gîte très agréable, spacieux, fonctionnel, super bien équipé, très propre, on se sent "chez nous" rapidement.

Super accueil des propriétaire. accès à la piscine formidable vu la période très forte chaleur. Plein de choses à voir, citadelle de Besançon, Dole, Grottes d'Osselle (Magnifiques) etc... A recommander fortement.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans ce très beau gîte. La gentillesse de Mme et M. NIOI. De belles visites, Dole, les grottes d’Osselle, le train des hirondelles. De très bonnes vacances, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Gîte très bien aménagé et très spacieux, La piscine est très agréable
Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour les locataires
Localisation parfaite proche de Dole qui est une ville très jolie.
