In the heart of a quiet village, 5 minutes from Dole, City of Art and History, at the foot of the Jura mountains and its many Hiking trails, but also close to the cycle route, you'll stay in a very bright 90 m2 apartment, on the second floor of a Detached house occupied by the owner (with an independent entrance).
The non-smoking Holiday cottage comprises a small veranda, a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa and TV, two bedrooms: one with 1 double bed (160*200) and the second with 2 twin beds (80*200), a shower room and separate toilet.
For your comfort, beds will be made on arrival and towels are provided. You'll enjoy a terrace with arbour, garden furniture, barbecue and a Piscine shared with the owners (10mX5m and 2 meters deep). Use of the Piscine is subject to the owner's rules and regulations. Less than 2 km from shops and freeway access. On-property parking and secure two-wheeler storage area. Electricity recharging point 500 m from the Holiday cottage.

PatT06 Une belle semaine trop courte
Un accueil chaleureux avec des propriétaires aux petits soins. Calme absolu des lieux à proximité de Dole (5mm en voiture). Logement spacieux et confortable, très bien équipé et le plus avec l'accès à la piscine privée. Très bien situé pour se poser et découvrir la beauté des différents sites du Jura. Pour des citadins, grand dépaysement au calme de la campagne, verdure et oxygène en proximité de Dole.

Sejour très agréable dans ce gîte très confortable au calme et avec une jolie vue.
Nous avons bien apprécié la piscine.Merci à Jean Luc et Nicole pour leurs accueils. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, discrets et attentionnés.
Localisation parfaite proche de Dole qui est une ville très jolie.
Le Jura est un département à découvrir avec des activités touristiques très variées et de très beaux paysages.Je vous recommande ce gîte.

Elise un super séjour
Un super séjour, Jean-Luc et sa femme sont chaleureux et accueillants tout en restant discrets tout au long de notre séjour.
Le logement est propre, fidèle aux photos, bien situé et la piscine est top.
Tout est bien pensé /optimisé, on se sent comme chez soi et de surcroit ils sont demandeurs des améliorations qui seraient à faire.

Gite très bien situé. Appartement parfait, tout confort. Accueil super.
Séjour hélas en pleine canicule, 33 à 37°, ce qui nous a limité dans nos visites. car même à 1000m, il faisait encore 32°. A refaire à l'automne...- Cleanliness

Sehr gastlich Schickes Appartement, alles top in Schuss
Das Appartement ist schick und in der Ausstattung wohl überlegt. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich empfangen. Sie Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Wir bekamen sofort- und nicht erst auf Nachfrage- zwei Schlüssel angeboten. Die Ferienwohnung ist eine Dachwohnung, aber mit diversen Beschattungsmöglichkeiten ausgestattet, so dass es auch bei Hitze gut auszuhalten ist. Auch der Pool stand uns sogleich zur Verfügung und lud nach den Radtouren zum Schwimmen ein. Die FW war top geputzt und alle Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Die FW ist über die Autobahn leicht zu erreichen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt einerseits für die schönen Städte und Weinorte am Doubs und der Saône. Andererseits sind auch Ausflüge in das ca. 60 km entfernte Jura Gebiet möglich. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können diese FW mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
