This stone house, a little corner of paradise nestled in the heart of the village, will be ideal for your next vacation with family or friends. On the ground floor, there's a living room with TV and fireplace (wood supplied free of charge), a fully-equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and, upstairs, a relaxation room with games and books, a family suite with 1 x 160cm bed, a single bed and a bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet, a second bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom with bath and toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy the sunny days on the terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, and a vast wooded and enclosed area with deckchairs, on the banks of the river. Lying back on your deckchair, you'll never tire of contemplating the famous secluded spots for which Baume les Messieurs is famous...
A room is available for your bikes and pushchairs....
From the gîte, you can walk to the caves, the abbey and the waterfall. You'll also find restaurants in the village center.
Ideally located for discovering the picturesque village of Château-Chalon and its famous vin jaune, the spa town of Lons-le-Saunier, Poligny, capital of the Comté region, or the lake district with the Hérisson waterfalls and Lac de Chalain.

Les couz Une parenthèse ressourçante
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour automnal dans ce coin magnifique du Jura, dans un calme absolu.
ciel bleu et paysages verdoyants malgré la saison! innombrables balades en forêt au milieu des cascades, découverte de lacs.... impossible de s'ennuyer.
Quant au gîte....une merveille!!
Le charme des vieilles pierres....le confort absolu...la grande cheminée....l'excellente literie...rien ne manque.
Et la vue à couper le souffle.
Le village et l'abbaye d'un côté, les falaises tout autour, le bruit de la rivière juste à côté de la terrasse...le bonheur.
Les commerces sont à 10 min en voiture.
Encore merci pour l'accueil chaleureux et la petite attention qui fait toujours très plaisir.

Frsnz-Josef Top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in toller Lage
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Ferienaufenthalt über 3 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Es hat eine schöne Terrasse und einen großen Garten mit Rundumblick auf die Kalkfelsen sowie auf den Ort und die ehrwürdige Abtei.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend. Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war sehr herzlich und informativ.
