This stone house, a little corner of paradise nestled in the heart of the village, will be ideal for your next vacation with family or friends. On the ground floor, there's a living room with TV and fireplace (wood supplied free of charge), a fully-equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and, upstairs, a relaxation room with games and books, a family suite with 1 x 160cm bed, a single bed and a bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet, a second bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom with bath and toilet.
Outside, you'll enjoy the sunny days on the terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, and a vast wooded and enclosed area with deckchairs, on the banks of the river. Lying back on your deckchair, you'll never tire of contemplating the famous secluded spots for which Baume les Messieurs is famous...
A room is available for your bikes and pushchairs....
From the gîte, you can walk to the caves, the abbey and the waterfall. You'll also find restaurants in the village center.
Ideally located for discovering the picturesque village of Château-Chalon and its famous vin jaune, the spa town of Lons-le-Saunier, Poligny, capital of the Comté region, or the lake district with the Hérisson waterfalls and Lac de Chalain.

FaSla Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt / Un merveilleux séjour
Das Haus ist ein Traum mitten in einem wundervollen Dorf. Wir haben uns mit unseren Kindern (10,12) hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
Ein toller Garten und ein liebevoll eingerichtetes und gestaltetes Haus, das Panorama rundherum einfach nur malerisch. Man kann ohne ins Auto steigen
zu müssen Wanderungen unternehmen, zur Grotte und vielen Ausssichtpunkten mit schönem Blick auf Baume-Les-Messieurs. Vom Ort aus kann man aber auch sehr gut Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen und das wundervolle Jura entdecken.Herr Tresy hat uns sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und war jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit, einfach super.La maison est un rêve au milieu d'un magnifique village. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien ici avec nos enfants (10,12).
Un jardin magnifique et une maison aménagée et décorée avec soin, le panorama tout autour est tout simplement pittoresque. On peut faire des randonnées sans devoir prendre la voiture
, vers la grotte et de nombreux points de vue avec une belle vue sur Baume-Les-Messieurs. Depuis le village, on peut aussi très bien faire des excursions dans les environs et découvrir le magnifique Jura.
Monsieur Tresy nous a accueillis très chaleureusement et était toujours disponible et serviable, tout simplement super.- Cleanliness

Stéphanie Séjour à Baume les Messieurs
Très belle maison rénovée avec goût .Le gîte est propre et très bien équipé, frais malgré les grosses chaleurs.Beau jardin avec fruitiers. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par François -Xavier qui est joignable rapidement par téléphone si nécessaire. L'environnement est magnifique et le village pas trop fréquenté en juin, donc calme. Nous avons adoré.A refaire sûrement.

Jicé Excellent séjour
Très bon séjour dans ce gîte restauré avec goût et disposant du confort nécessaire, décoré avec goût et de plus situé dans un paysage qui vaut la peine d'être découvert. Par forte chaleur, ce gîte offre une fraîcheur appréciée. L'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire et ses conseils pour rendre le séjour agréable et réussi sont un plus. Beaucoup de beaux points de vue à découvrir tout autour...

Super petit séjour en famille dans le gîte de François Xavier dont l'accueil est chaleureux. Tout est parfait pour s'y sentir bien. Très bien agencé il ne manque rien.
Baume les Dames est un beau village.
