Single-storey gîte in the owners' house in a small hamlet of 2 houses surrounded by fir trees and 4km from the village center. Fishing available 4km away in a 5ha stocked pond (carp, pike, bream, roach, tench). Free access to the spa at the owners' hotel 4km away for 2 consecutive weeks' rental or preferential rate for one week's rental.

First floor: small entrance hall, living room with fitted kitchen and lounge, large hallway with cupboards, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60m + large cupboard), 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90m + large cupboard), laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer), shower room (walk-in shower 1.20m x 1.20m, large cupboard), separate wc with washbasin. Central heating included. Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided.

Très bien situé, belle forêt et départs de randonnée du gîte, plein d'oiseaux à écouter et observer, gîte au calme et très confortable

Une pépite!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette location avec tout le confort,
La propriétaire est très réactive.
Le bien se trouve au milieu de la nature et permet une déconnexion totale.

Gîte super confortable et au grand calme

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui nous ont attribué une grande confiance.
Ce week-end nous a permis de faire des visites culturelles. Nous espérons y retourner rapidement et profiter davantage de belles randonnées sous le soleil.

Chouztte séjour

Accueillis chaleureusement à notre arrivée, nous avons passé un chouette séjour. Le gîte est propre, bien conçu et rien n'y manque. Promenades à pied, à vélo, bons repas avec les produits comtois. On envisage sérieusement de revenir !
