Fishing available 4km away in a 5ha stocked pond (carp, pike, bream, roach, tench). Free access to the spa at the owners' hotel 4km away for 2 consecutive weeks' rental or preferential rate for one week's rental.

First floor: small entrance hall, living room with fitted kitchen and lounge, large hallway with cupboards, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60m + large cupboard), 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90m + large cupboard), laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer), shower room (walk-in shower 1.20m x 1.20m, large cupboard), separate wc with washbasin. Central heating included. Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided.
