In an 18th-century house, totally independent gîte on the first floor of the owner's home. Close to the Arcier springs, in a quiet location 10 minutes from Besançon. A good compromise between town and country. GR59 on site. Private terrace. Unenclosed wooded grounds.

First floor: separate entrance hall opening onto terrace, kitchen/living room, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40). Half-level: 1 bedroom (1 bed 0.90 + 1 bed 0.80), shower room + wc. Full Baby Equipment available.parking. Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided. Holiday cottage on 1st floor (25G457). Meter charges to be paid to the owner.     Rustige lokatie

    Agnès nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et s'est montrée disponible pour répondre à nos questions tout au long de notre séjour. Le gîte est situé dans une rue calme près de Besançon. Vous trouverez des boulangeries et des supermarchés à proximité. Vous pourrez également faire plusieurs promenades directement depuis le gîte.

    Malheureusement, la connexion internet est très mauvaise et on entend les passants autour du gîte situé au-dessus.

    Je suis désolée que vous n'ayez pas totalement apprécié votre séjour. Effectivement, l'accès internet est en bas débit. Et un client insomniaque a été bruyant la nuit durant votre séjour, dans le gîte du 1er étage. Ce qui n'était jamais arrivé !

    Gite vaire arcier

    Gite très agréable, au calme et bien équipé. Petit bemol
    La WiFi rame un peu et nous entendions marcher les locataires du dessus.

    Authentieke Gite dichtbij Besancon

    Prima verblijf in deze gite die binnen 10 km van het centrum van Brsancon ligt. Bij warme dagen is het nog heerlijk koel in deze authentieke gite.

    C'était plus que parfait, même trop court, mais nous avons bien profitez et sommes bien reposés dans une maison cocon avec cadre parfait.
    Nous pensons déjà y retourner pour Mai 2026.
