In an 18th-century house, totally independent gîte on the first floor of the owner's home. Close to the Arcier springs, in a quiet location 10 minutes from Besançon. A good compromise between town and country. GR59 on site. Private terrace. Unenclosed wooded grounds.
Ground Floor: separate entryway opening onto a terrace, kitchen/living room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Half-level (4 steps): 1 bedroom (1 0.90 m bed + 1 0.80 m bed), shower room + toilet. Complete Baby Equipment available. Parking. Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided. Another holiday cottage is located on the 1st floor (25G457). Utilities billed based on meter readings, payable to the owner. NO SHORT STAYS (minimum 5 nights). LOW-SPEED INTERNET

Prima verblijf in deze gite die binnen 10 km van het centrum van Brsancon ligt. Bij warme dagen is het nog heerlijk koel in deze authentieke gite.

C'était plus que parfait, même trop court, mais nous avons bien profitez et sommes bien reposés dans une maison cocon avec cadre parfait.

Accueil parfait par la propriétaire discrète mais disponible.
Joli petit appartement en rez de jardin, grand terrain, parfait si on a un chien comme moi.
