In an 18th-century house, totally independent gîte on the first floor of the owner's home. Close to the Arcier springs, in a quiet location 10 minutes from Besançon. A good compromise between town and country. GR59 on site. Private terrace. Unenclosed wooded grounds.

First floor: separate entrance hall opening onto terrace, kitchen/living room, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40). Half-level: 1 bedroom (1 bed 0.90 + 1 bed 0.80), shower room + wc. Complete baby equipment available. Beds made on arrival and towels provided. Another gîte is on the 1st floor (25G457). Charges on meter reading to be paid to owner. NO SHORT STAYS ( 5 nights minimum )

    Prima verblijf in deze gite die binnen 10 km van het centrum van Brsancon ligt. Bij warme dagen is het nog heerlijk koel in deze authentieke gite.

    C'était plus que parfait, même trop court, mais nous avons bien profitez et sommes bien reposés dans une maison cocon avec cadre parfait.
    Nous pensons déjà y retourner pour Mai 2026.

    Accueil parfait par la propriétaire discrète mais disponible.
    Joli petit appartement en rez de jardin, grand terrain, parfait si on a un chien comme moi.
    Belles visites à 50 km à la ronde autour de ce hameau charmant à l'écart de toute nuisance.
