First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 twin beds 90), shower room with WC. Terrace and private garden area in shared courtyard, with possible passage of the owner. Covered private parking.
Electric heating according to consumption. Possibility of wine tasting with the owner and in the many cellars on the wine-growing side of the Unesco World Heritage site.
Nearby: Beaune, the capital of Burgundy and its Hospices, also a Unesco World Heritage site. The prestigious villages of Meursault, Pommard, Volnay, Auxey-Duresses... The natural Swimming de Montagny lès Beaune. The Etangs d'Or natural site at Tailly...

.bien mais dommage pour le bruit de la route
4/5pour ce qui concerne l'hébergement tout est parfait ,mais par grande chaleur comme les chambres sont à l'étage il fait très chaud , et comme nous somme au bord d'une route à grande circulation , impossible d'ouvrir les fenétres à cause du bruit ou impossible de dormir avant 23h00 et à 06h00 la circulation reprend

Séjour très agréable
4/5Accueil très sympathique de Mr et Mme BADUEL avec flexibilité dans l'organisation du départ et de l'arrivée. Gîte bien équipé, très agréable, avec un jardin; bien situé, au vert tout en étant proche de Beaune.
