Just a stone's throw from the town center of Nuits-Saint-Georges, a village with all the shops and renowned for its wine, the Holiday cottage "Le Studio de Jonas", located on the 1st floor of the owners' house (totally independent access), offers: 1 living room with a large, modern, fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto the lounge, with TV, wifi, 1 shower room with WC. Upstairs: access via a Japanese staircase (Holiday cottage not suitable for people with reduced mobility): mezzanine bed with 1 x 140 cm bed, plenty of storage space. Easy, free parking in the street or on a small square a few hundred meters away.
