Satellite TV.
80 m² private enclosed garden with terrace, adjoining the owners' garden. Parking space. Electricity included in rates. Bed linen and towels provided.
Shared with the owner, semi-buried wooden swimming pool (7 x 4 m) open from May to September, secured by a fence.
Nearby: Beaune and its Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage site, as well as the Climats de Bourgogne region. Numerous wineries and restaurants nearby.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis dans ce gîte très confortable et très propre. M. GIMENO a eu la gentillesse de nous laisser l'accès le dimanche jusqu'à 15h au lieu de 10h.

La qualité de ce gîte a largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Notre très longue expérience des Gites de France nous autorise à le classer dans le peloton de tête.
Excellente prestations (fourniture du linge de maison / ménage / consommation gaz & électricité incluse), chambres spacieuses avec des salles d'eau à proximité, accueil chaleureux et discret, disponibilité de notre hôte, localisation proche de Beaune et de la route des vins.
Le temps ne nous a pas permis d'utiliser la piscine mise à notre disposition ...- Cleanliness
