First floor: large living room with fitted kitchen, bedroom (1 bed 140) with shower room. Separate WC. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, the 1st with 1 double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room, the 2nd with 3 single beds (90cm) and the 3rd with 2 single beds (90cm). Separate shower room. WC. Central heating. Satellite TV.

80 m² private enclosed garden with terrace, adjoining the owners' garden. Parking space. Electricity included in rates. Bed linen and towels provided.

Shared with the owner, semi-buried wooden swimming pool (7 x 4 m) open from May to September, secured by a fence.

    Hébergement idéalement situé pour tourisme autour de Beaune

    Deux semaines dans les cotes de Beaune, entre balade, dégustation de vin, gastronomie et piscine pour se rafraîchir. Belle météo, repas pris à sur la terrasse. Hébergement au calme, bien équipé et parfaitement adapté à notre famille de six personnes.

    Très bon gîte, je recommande

    Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, literie impeccable, le fait de fournir les draps et les serviettes est un plus, ainsi que le ménage.

    Très calme et très bien situé pour visiter

    La maison ne manque de rien et très spacieuse. Très bon accueil avec un jardin et terrasse privée.

    Le gite est très spacieux et bien équipé . Un peu vieillot peut-être mais nous n'avons manqué de rien . Deux , trois petites choses à revoir au niveau du sanitaire mais rien de
    bien méchant . M.Gimeno est très accueillant sans être envahissant . Le gite est un peu à l'écart mais cela nous a permis de passer les nuits au calme . le rapport qualité/prix est excellent . Un petit bémol pour le chauffage qui était très chaud ou froid . M. Gimeno est conscient du problème . Nous n'hésiterons pas à donner l'adresse .
