Nestled in a quiet, natural setting, this charming building, typical of the region, offers you a true haven of peace in the heart of the Morvan.
On the first floor, you'll find a bright, welcoming living room (flat-screen TV), perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (pellet stove - 5 euros/bag) lets you prepare your meals in a functional, modern and convivial space. There's a double bedroom with two twin beds (90x200), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a laundry area and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a large bedroom can accommodate up to three people. It is equipped with a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and a single bed (80cm x 190cm).

The unenclosed exterior (under development) offers beautiful Countryside views and access to the river below. Garden furniture and barbecue.

Parking in the courtyard. Baby equipment available: Umbrella bed + high chair.

Kitchen linen, beds made, end-of-stay cleaning, electricity and oil heating included in rates. Towels optional: €8/person. Holiday cottage not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Unsupervised swimming at Lake Chamboux (500 m away). Les Settons and Saint Agnan lakes are 20 km away. Lovely walks starting from the Holiday cottage. All shops 5 minutes away in Saulieu.
