Holiday cottage in an old farmhouse in a pretty medieval village in the Auxois region.
First floor on street side and raised first floor on courtyard side: large living room with kitchenette. Large living room with fireplace (4 steps). 5 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds (90cm), one of which is wheelchair accessible, each with en-suite shower room and WC, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds (90cm), each with en-suite shower room and WC. 1 shower room and 1 separate WC.
Gaming room with table soccer and table tennis included. The gaming room is in the basement.
Baby equipment (Umbrella bed + high chair + small bathtub) on request.
Enclosed courtyard and garden with petanque court. Large sheltered terrace with barbecue area. Balcony overlooking the pastures of the Serein Valley and the Morvan hills. Free wifi connection. Weekend rentals depart at 4pm. Pets not allowed.
Hiking trails. Just a few kilometers away, you'll find a beach at Lake de Panthier, Lake de Chamboux and the village of Châteauneuf en Auxois, named one of France's most beautiful villages. At the center of Burgundy's main sites: Dijon, Beaune, Vezelay, Autun.

Bed linen: 6 € for a single bed and 12 € for a double bed. Bathroom linen: €2 per person per stay. Wood heating/oil heating according to consumption (€0.11/Kwh calorie meter).

Séjour en famille pour le week-end de l ascension.
Nous avons trouvé un gîte confortable ,spacieux et très propre. Les lits sont confortables et les salles de bain individuelles sont une réelle valeur ajoutée.

Marie Gîte de caractère
Le gîte du Ruchais est un lieu exceptionnel de par sa situation géographique et par son caractère fonctionnel. Tout est prévu pour rendre le séjour agréable et confortable. Le village est charmant et l'accueil chaleureux. Les propriétaires se sont montrés prévenants et attentionnés. Un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer et pour passer de bons moments en famille ou entre amis! A recommander absolument!!!

Maudline Très bon WE
WE entre amis très réussi! Le logement très agréable, fonctionnel avec ses salles de bain dans chacune des chambres, une grande terrasse couverte bien équipée et un accueil empreint de gentillesse y ont fortement contribué s! Quelques parties de baby-foot, ping-pong et pétanque ont été appréciés… Nous reviendrons avec plaisir…

Lucie Très belle expérience
Très beau gîte qui permet de se ressourcer au calme ! Nous étions 14 et avons grandement apprécié le séjour et la fraîcheur des lieux en période de canicule. La campagne alentour est très belle, il y a des lacs où l'on peut se baigner et de jolis villages à visiter.

MARTINE Nous avons passez un très bon séjour ,(cousinades) rien ne manquait, barbecue et coin repas extérieur à l’abri du soleil très apprécié. Le nombre de salles d’eau et wc est un réel plus. Merci à la maman pour l’accueil et l’échange très chaleureux.
