Holiday cottage in an old farmhouse in a pretty medieval village in the Auxois region.
First floor on street side and raised first floor on courtyard side: large living room with kitchenette. Large living room with fireplace (4 steps). 5 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds (90cm), one of which is wheelchair accessible, each with en-suite shower room and WC, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds (90cm), each with en-suite shower room and WC. 1 shower room and 1 separate WC.
Gaming room with table soccer and table tennis included. The gaming room is in the basement.
Baby equipment (Umbrella bed + high chair + small bathtub) on request.
Enclosed courtyard and garden with petanque court. Large sheltered terrace with barbecue area. Balcony overlooking the pastures of the Serein Valley and the Morvan hills. Free wifi connection. Weekend rentals depart at 4pm. Pets not allowed.
Hiking trails. Just a few kilometers away, you'll find a beach at Lake de Panthier, Lake de Chamboux and the village of Châteauneuf en Auxois, named one of France's most beautiful villages. At the center of Burgundy's main sites: Dijon, Beaune, Vezelay, Autun.

Nous étions un groupe de 15
Il y a de l’espace, nous avons pu profiter du barbecue et des tables extérieures
Le fait d’avoir des salles d’eau et toilettes dans les chambres est un confort pour tous
Le feu dans la cheminée est réconfortant quand il fait frais

Thomas HC Un gîte très bien organisé et au calme. Les deux pièces principale sont grandes et les chambres avec salle de bain privatives sont clairement un plus.

Groupe vocal Le P'tit Chœur C'est une super adresse! Le gîte est spacieux, fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et le village est une petite merveille! Les espaces sont bien pensés : on peut y être nombreux mais à l'aise. Le nombre de salles de bain est fort appréciable! Les hôtes sont adorables et se plient en quatre pour que le séjour soit agréable! Idéal pour y être en famille ou entre amis. Je recommande ce magnifique endroit et je réserve déjà pour l'année prochaine!
