In a quiet hamlet in the heart of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits-Saint-Georges countryside, close to the Forest and Hiking trails, the Kayane Holiday cottage offers: Ground floor (access via a few steps): small, functional kitchen opening onto dining room, large living room with additional dining area, TV, wifi, bathroom with shower and bath and WC, 1 bedroom with 1 x 140 cm bed + 1 x 90 cm bed (bunk beds = 1 extra bed above). Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 90 cm bed + 1 x 140 cm bed (1 extra bed above, bunk beds), 1 bedroom with gaming room and 1 x 90 cm bed. Possibility of 2 extra beds on request, with supplement of 18 €/pers/night. Baby equipment available: Umbrella bed, high chair, baby bath. Numerous board games and toys for Kids. Large 900 m² enclosed garden with swing and Kids' Cabin. Garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Parking in front of Holiday cottage (4-5 spaces). Holiday cottage contributing to the maintenance and development of Biodiversity and encouraging eco-responsible behavior. The owner, Laetitia, runs a 10-hectare farm and offers a range of donkey and nature-related services just a few yards from the Holiday cottage. A donkey ride is offered with every 3-night rental of the Holiday cottage.
Things to see and do: beautiful walks, bike rides, horse rides and donkey rides in the nearby Forest. Nearby historic sites: dolmens, megalithic tombs, rock shelters, Gallo-Roman village ruins, underground river outlets, caves, etc. Wine tasting in local cellars. Route des Grands Crus nearby. Beaune and its Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, and its Cité de la Gastronomie are 40 minutes away.
