In the owners' house and their restaurant Le Passe-Partout, 300 m from ski lifts and ski runs (Espace Diamant ski area 192 km of runs between 6 villages in the Val d'Arly-Beaufortain). Cross-country skiing to Lachat by chairlift possible. Leisure center at Flumet (lake), aquatic and sports center at Les Saisies.

At the entrance to the village, 300 m from shops and slopes, gite in the owners' house, which includes their restaurant. Beautiful living room with unobstructed views of the mountains and village. West-facing terrace overlooking the Aravis massif. Free shuttle service in summer (La Giettaz - Les Saisies).

Gite on 2nd and top floor with independent access via outside staircase, comprising terrace, entrance hall with wall cupboard, bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm), shower room (multi-jet shower), separate WC, living room/kitchen/lounge area (1 double bed 140x190 cm) opening onto balcony. Total floor area: 70 m² including attic space. Private parking for 2 cars.
