The original character of the attic space, which has been converted into a sleeping area under the roof, gives this house a mountain refuge feel. The vast, flat, wooded grounds provide a pleasant living space in a beautiful natural setting.

Semi-detached house with independent access. First floor (4 steps up): living room/kitchen/lounge area, bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), shower room (shower and 2 basins), separate WC. Decorative fireplace (not in use). First floor: attic (total height under 1.80 m) with 2 single beds and 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm). Small balcony and spacious grounds. Private parking for 2 cars in front of the Chalet in summer - in winter, depending on snow conditions, parking at the Villaron entrance 200 m away.

    Excellent séjour en famille

    Un excellent séjour en famille dans un logement joliment rénové et bien équipé. L’intérieur est chaleureux avec sa grande pièce de vie, et l’extérieur offre des possibilités infinies de jeu dehors dans la neige pour les enfants !
    L’accès à Bessans est assez simple, qq minutes seulement pour rejoindre le Carreley. Merci !

    Séjour sympa!

    Séjour très agréable dans ce gîte idéalement placé !
    Vue dégagée, gîte très calme, accueil facile, réactif et agréable des propriétaires. Salle d'eau confortable, cuisine sympa et intérieur cosy.
    Étage moins confortable si vous êtes grand.
    Cuisine bien équipée. Étant des grands mangeurs de soupe, nous avons regretté l'absence d' assiettes à soupe ou de qq bols en plus.
    MERCI pour cet agréable séjour.

    prachtig gelegen gïte

    prachtig gelegen gîte aan eind van prachtig klein gehuchtje , heel mooi zicht op de bergen , in nabijheid van alle wandelingen. De Gîte zelf is kleiner dan de foto's doen vermoeden, de keuken voldoende uitgerust , het zitgedeelte bestaat enkel uit een vierzit , niet zo gezellig als je met 4 binnen zit. De bovenverdieping is totaal niet geschikt om als volwassene te slapen: max 1,40 m hoog en vooral heel slechte bedden . Het bed beneden is daarentegen perfect voor 2 personen .

    Nous sommes ravis que votre séjour dans notre village se soit bien passé
    Quelques précisions cependant concernant le gîte : tout est clairement indiqué dans l'annonce, que ce soit la surface en M2 ou la hauteur sous plafond de la mezzanine
