The original character of the attic space, which has been converted into a sleeping area under the roof, gives this house a mountain refuge feel. The vast, flat, wooded grounds provide a pleasant living space in a beautiful natural setting.
Semi-detached house with independent access. First floor (4 steps up): living room/kitchen/lounge area, bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), shower room (shower and 2 basins), separate WC. Decorative fireplace (not in use). First floor: attic (total height under 1.80 m) with 2 single beds and 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm). Small balcony and spacious grounds. Private parking for 2 cars in front of the Chalet in summer - in winter, depending on snow conditions, parking at the Villaron entrance 200 m away.

demo prachtig gelegen gïte
prachtig gelegen gîte aan eind van prachtig klein gehuchtje , heel mooi zicht op de bergen , in nabijheid van alle wandelingen. De Gîte zelf is kleiner dan de foto's doen vermoeden, de keuken voldoende uitgerust , het zitgedeelte bestaat enkel uit een vierzit , niet zo gezellig als je met 4 binnen zit. De bovenverdieping is totaal niet geschikt om als volwassene te slapen: max 1,40 m hoog en vooral heel slechte bedden . Het bed beneden is daarentegen perfect voor 2 personen .

Nous sommes ravis que votre séjour dans notre village se soit bien passé
Quelques précisions cependant concernant le gîte : tout est clairement indiqué dans l'annonce, que ce soit la surface en M2 ou la hauteur sous plafond de la mezzanine

Gîte de charme dans ce petit paradis qu’est le hameau du Villaron. Idéal pour un couple avec des enfants. Pour le ski de fond à Bessans ou alpin à Bonneval.

Helmd Logement conforme au descriptif
Logement conforme à l annonce
Très jolie rénovation.
Vue dégagée sur le plateau. Très calme.
L accès peut être un peu difficile l hiver selon les conditions pour les petits ou les personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer.
Salle principale agréable, peut-être un peu sombre mais bénéficiant malgré tout d un bon ensoleillement même en janvier
Mobilier de bon goût, vaisselle assortie, salle de douche vaste et confortable, grand radiateur sèche serviettes.
L étage ne peut être occupé que par des personnes ne craignant pas de marcher en se pliant en 2 ….
La cheminée ne pouvait malheureusement pas être utilisée.- Cleanliness

Jean-Louis Joli gite
Joli gîte parfaitement situé dans le hameau du Villaron (sans voiture !!) avec une jolie vue sur la vallée vers Bessans. Seul bémol, le plafond des chambres du haut est vraiment bas et elles ne conviennent que pour des (petits) enfants.
