Less than 30 km from Lyon, this characterful gîte has a country-house feel!

In the Countryside of the Monts du Lyonnais, near Lyon, this Holiday cottage with character is located on the heights of the village of Thurins. It is set on the first floor of a stone house, with the owner's holiday home on the first floor (with separate access).

Access to the Holiday cottage is via a small stone staircase leading to the terrace.
The interior is full of character, with stone walls, terracotta tiles or parquet flooring, exposed beams and wooden furniture (wardrobe, clock, piano, etc.).
Raised first floor: day room (dining area, kitchen area), hall (study, wall cupboard including washing machine), living room (sofa bed for 2) leading to 1 large bedroom with 3 single beds (1 x 120 cm, 2 x 80 cm which can be made into a large 160 cm bed if required). Small shower room, separate toilet.
Bed linen and towels provided at no extra charge. Linen rental available. Baby bed on request (Umbrella bed).
Outside: small adjoining private terrace (south-facing) with garden furniture and parasol, small garden with trees (not enclosed), deckchairs, barbecue. Roadside parking on the left, below the Holiday cottage.
