An Ancient Farmhouse
5/5From the moment we laid eyes on Le Pre au Ruy we were thrilled. Upon entry it was obvious that we had found something truly special; generations of artists have transformed this 17th century farm into a unique get-away, filled with comfortable furnishings and fascinating treasures.
Unexpected was the forced hot water central heat. The kitchen is probably as well equipped as anywhere we have stayed. Appreciated was the serene location, silence, and dark nights that we seldom experience in our light-polluted world. The night sky is overwhelming. The only sound at night was the call of an owl.
We both highly recommend a stay at Le Pre au Ruy as a wonderfull rural escape.- Propreté 4/5

A lovely, quiet and comfortable stay
5/5The host was kind and generous with a basic attitude of trust. We enjoyed the warm welcome and were given total privacy in a quiet place where we could unwind and explore the hilly surroundings. The antique furniture and the excellent paintings on the walls made for a special atmosphere of good taste and style. Definitely on our list of places to come back to!
