Right in the heart of nature, in the Monts de Tarare region, this authentic, completely renovated stone residence invites you to take a break in absolute serenity. Independent, in the heart of a character property that also includes the owner's house and a second Holiday cottage, it overlooks a wild valley and offers a setting of rare tranquility. Here, the charm of the past is combined with top-of-the-range comfort. Exposed beams, French ceilings, stone walls, a majestic decorative fireplace, an old well and a built-in wall clock... every detail has been preserved to create a warm, authentic atmosphere, enhanced by elegant, meticulous decoration. The Holiday cottage enjoys a particularly peaceful setting, ideal for recharging your batteries. You'll enjoy a vast 95 m² terrace, not overlooked, including a 20 m² covered area, carefully laid out for your moments of relaxation or conviviality, all with a breathtaking view over the valley. The house has two entrances: on the terrace side via an outside staircase from the parking lot, or on the courtyard side via a gentle slope and 2 steps for easy access. Ground floor: a large, fully-equipped kitchen and dining room opening onto the terrace, a cosy living room opening onto the courtyard, a bedroom/library with sofa bed (160 x 200), a hallway and a toilet.

Upstairs: a master suite (1 double bed (160 x 200cm), en-suite shower room and WC), two bedrooms each with two single beds (90 x 200cm), a shared shower room/WC and a family room for 4 people (single beds (90 x 200cm) and en-suite shower room/WC). On the lower level, accessible from inside, a fully-equipped laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, extra bed freezer) completes the facilities. A ping-pong table is also available in an outbuilding. For families, dedicated equipment is available: baby bed, bathtub, high chair and potty. For more than 12 people, a supplement of €10 per person (aged two and over) per night is charged, up to a maximum of 15 people. ACCOMMODATION NOT ADAPTED TO FESTIVE MEETINGS.
