Nestled in the heart of nature, in the Monts de Tarare region, this authentic, fully renovated stone home invites you to enjoy a retreat of absolute serenity.
A standalone property within a charming estate that also includes the owner’s home and a second holiday cottage, it overlooks a wild valley and offers a setting of rare tranquility.

Here, the charm of the past blends with high-end comfort. Exposed beams, French-style ceilings, stone walls, a majestic decorative fireplace, an old well, and even a built-in wall clock… every detail has been preserved to create a warm and authentic atmosphere, enhanced by elegant and tasteful decor.

The holiday cottage enjoys a particularly peaceful setting, ideal for recharging your batteries. You’ll enjoy a spacious, 95 m² terrace with no overlooking buildings, including a 20 m² covered area, thoughtfully furnished for your moments of relaxation or socializing, all with a breathtaking view of the valley. A bocce court below and a private parking area round out the property.

The house has two entrances: from the terrace side via an outdoor staircase from the parking area, or from the courtyard side via a gentle slope and two steps for easy access.

On the ground floor: a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that open onto the terrace; a cozy living room facing the courtyard; a bedroom/library with a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm); an entryway; and a half-bath.

Upstairs: A master suite (1 double bed, Bed 160 x 200, and a private bathroom with a toilet), two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 x 200cm), a shared bathroom with toilet, and a family room for 4 people (single beds measuring 90 x 200cm and a private bathroom with toilet).

On the lower level, accessible from inside, a fully equipped laundry room (washer, dryer, and extra freezer) rounds out the amenities. A ping-pong table is also available in an outbuilding.

For families, dedicated amenities are available: a baby bed, bathtub, high chair, and potty.

For more than 12 people, there is a supplement of €10 per person per night (for guests aged two and older), up to a maximum of 15 people.
