In a quiet hamlet, this beautiful Holiday cottage is housed in a stone building typical of old local farmhouses. The rear part of the owners' house (who have a restaurant in the village) is opposite the Holiday cottage (not overlooked).
The Holiday cottage consists of a main house and a semi-detached studio, arranged over 2 levels and superbly renovated by local craftsmen, using carefully selected local materials (wood, stone walls, lime insulation).
Main part:
Raised first floor: very large day room with kitchen area, dining area (with pool table) and lounge area. Storage room. WC. 2 bedrooms (one with wheelchair access), each with 160 cm bed and en-suite shower room (including WC).
First floor: mezzanine with 1 single bed. Corridor. 3 bedrooms, each with 1 private shower room including WC (1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed and 2 triple bedrooms, one with 1 x 160 cm bed and 1 x 1-person bed, the other with 1 x 160 cm bed and 1 x 1-person sofa bed).
Studio (outside access):
First floor: kitchen and living area. Mezzanine bed (small attic area): 1 x 160 cm bed. Communication with the main part via balcony.
Top-of-the-range appliances and bedding. Bed linen and towels provided. Baby equipment available on request.
Outside: walled courtyard on 2 levels (not overlooked). Covered terrace, garden furniture, relaxation lounge, outdoor Spa (free access), barbecue, gas plancha, pétanque court. Large adjoining unfenced plot. Parking space.
On request: meal delivery and evenings with use of bread oven (in presence of owners only).
Easy access via A89. City of Tarare and Aquaval water sports center 14 km away. Medieval leisure park 17 km away.
NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS OF MORE THAN 15 PEOPLE.

Anaisube Un séjour tout simplement exceptionnel
Un gîte très complet qu'on a plus envie de quitter tant les activités proposées sont multiple. Le gîte a évolué depuis les photos, le jacuzzi est désormais en intérieur ce qui est très agréable en automne. Pétanque, molki, babyfoot, billard, jeux de sociétés, jacuzzi, etc. Il n'y a pas de quoi s'ennuyer. Le gîte est également situé dans un endroit tout simplement magnifique, en pleine nature. Un vrai bonheur. Les chambres sont toutes équipées et très confortable et la cuisine est parfaite pour organiser une réception. Un grand merci, nous reviendrons.

Super séjour entre amis dans un magnifique Gîte de très belles prestation fait avec goût. Propreté et literie +++. les propriétaires sont très accueillants et bienveillants. Possibilité de plats traiteur que je recommande. (excellent).une adresse qu'il faut retenir absolument.

Jacques Belle maison de pierre restaurée avec gout
Cet ancien corps de ferme est tout a fait remarquable pour son confort , sa decoration , ses équipements et ses differents espaces bien adaptés a un séjour d'un groupe .
Une note particulière pour le jacuzzi qui est tres spacieux .
Les propriétaires des lieux sont par ailleurs tres acueillants et attentionnés .Ce gite est à recommander

Papy 73 Anniversaire en famille et amis
Nous avons été charmé par ce lieu paisible et cette demeure rénovée avec goût. Rien ne manque pour passer un agréable séjour....tout a été pensé pour le bien être des hôtes...... les jeux pour enfants, le billard, l'espace,...... une literie exceptionnelle, etc...... et la cuisine avec son piano et ses frigo, etc......
Nous avons pris tous les repas qui ce soit au restaurant ou livrés sur place; tout était impeccable et très bon.
L'accueil, la réactivité, la bienveillance (lit, baignoire, peignoir pour le bébé) sans faille.
Idéal pour passer des bons moments en famille ou entre amis avec des petits.- Cleanliness
