In a quiet hamlet, this beautiful Holiday cottage is housed in a stone building typical of old local farmhouses. The rear part of the owners' house (who have a restaurant in the village) is opposite the Holiday cottage (not overlooked).
The Holiday cottage consists of a main house and a semi-detached studio, arranged over 2 levels and superbly renovated by local craftsmen, using carefully selected local materials (wood, stone walls, lime insulation).

Main part:
Raised first floor: very large day room with kitchen area, dining area (with pool table) and lounge area. Storage room. WC. 2 bedrooms (one with wheelchair access), each with 160 cm bed and en-suite shower room (including WC).
First floor: mezzanine with 1 single bed. Corridor. 3 bedrooms, each with 1 private shower room including WC (1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed and 2 triple bedrooms, one with 1 x 160 cm bed and 1 x 1-person bed, the other with 1 x 160 cm bed and 1 x 1-person sofa bed).

Studio (outside access):
First floor: kitchen and living area. Mezzanine bed (small attic area): 1 x 160 cm bed. Communication with the main part via balcony.
Top-of-the-range appliances and bedding. Bed linen and towels provided. Baby equipment available on request.

Outside: walled courtyard on 2 levels (not overlooked). Covered terrace, garden furniture, relaxation lounge, outdoor Spa (free access), barbecue, gas plancha, pétanque court. Large adjoining unfenced plot. Parking space.

On request: meal delivery and evenings with use of bread oven (in presence of owners only).

Easy access via A89. City of Tarare and Aquaval water sports center 14 km away. Medieval leisure park 17 km away.
