On the edge of a quiet side street, this recently built house backs onto the owners' dwelling. Another 4-person Holiday cottage is just around the corner (100 m), and it's possible to rent out both accommodations for a family get-together.

Entrance via the private terrace into the living room (dining area, kitchen area and lounge area with sofa bed, allowing separate sleeping arrangements). 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed, integrated shower room including WC), (1 bedroom with 1 single bed and small office area).
Split system for heating and air-conditioning. Baby equipment on request (bed, bath, high chair). Bed linen and towels provided at no extra charge.

Outside: tiled, enclosed terrace (table and chairs, relaxation area), 2 parking spaces available.
Shady municipal park with fitness trail approx. 400m away, numerous natural areas in the vicinity, Kids' playground. Health center with 20 medical and personal care practitioners. Numerous hiking trails nearby.
