Welcome to Holiday cottage Sous le Marronnier, with Piscine (above-ground) shared with the owners.
Ideal for 2 people (1 bedroom), with the possibility of accommodating 1 or 2 extra people in the sofa bed in the living room.
Situated 16 km southwest of Lyon and easily accessible via the A7 motorway, it is ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
The ground-floor accommodation is attached to the owners' house and another dwelling.
Contemporary ambience (stone walls, waxed concrete, screed-finished floor). Day room (fully-equipped kitchen area, dining area and living area with sofa bed for 2).
1 bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200 cm or 1 bed 180 x 200 cm) with shower room and toilet.
Outside: private wooden terrace (garden furniture, parasol). Shared with the owners (and their Kids) and opposite the Holiday cottage: unfenced garden, above-ground swimming pool, barbecue, plancha (electric barbecue available on request), soccer pitch, badminton, table tennis.

Philippe Gîte calme, propre et moderne
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour d'une semaine dans ce gîte bien situé, calme, confortable, propre et moderne (e.g. multiples prises USB à disposition). La place de parking privative est un plus intéressant. Les propriétaires Delphine et Stéphane sont discrets mais disponibles en cas de besoin.
Le confort est tout à fait satisfaisant et pourrait encore être amélioré avec:
-une penderie un peu plus spacieuse dans la chambre,
-de quoi accrocher un torchon ou une petite serviette à proximité du lavabo de la salle de bain,
-quelques équipements supplémentaires dans la cuisine, e.g. plat à tarte, bols, ramequins.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir à l'occasion d'un prochain séjour en région lyonnaise!

Yoyo Un gîte très agréable
Les propriétaires du gîte sont très accueillants et à l'écoute. Le gîte est facile d'accès et très bien entretenu. Le lieu est calme et confortable. Ce gîte répondait à nos attentes et nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Lolo Chouette pied à terre pour visiter la famille
Petit gîte calme et confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour être bien installé, même avec un bébé de 2 mois. Hôtes sympathiques qui nous ont chaleureusement accueillis. Jolie petite terrasse et accès au jardin avec piscine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
