Situated 16 km southwest of Lyon and easily accessible via the A7 motorway, it is ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

The ground-floor accommodation is attached to the owners' house and another dwelling.
Contemporary ambience (stone walls, waxed concrete, screed-finished floor). Day room (fully-equipped kitchen area, dining area and living area with sofa bed for 2).
1 bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200 cm or 1 bed 180 x 200 cm) with shower room and toilet.

Outside: private wooden terrace (garden furniture, parasol). Shared with the owners (and their Kids) and opposite the Holiday cottage: unfenced garden, above-ground swimming pool, barbecue, plancha (electric barbecue available on request), soccer pitch, badminton, table tennis.
