Close to the Saône-et-Loire region, this large Holiday cottage with Piscine is an ideal place to get together with family or friends, close to the Beaujolais crus!

Large, fully renovated Holiday cottage for up to 15 people, in the heart of the village of Emeringes.
The owners live on site (in another wing of the building) and will be delighted to welcome you. Committed to environmental protection, they have installed solar panels and are self-sufficient in electricity.

On the first floor of the Holiday cottage (outside access by 3 steps): entrance, hall, access by 3 steps to the living area (kitchen area, dining area, lounge area), 1 shower room including wc. Corridor leading to 2 bedrooms: Chambre 'St Amour' for 4 people, with 4 single beds including 2 bunk beds, Chambre 'Fleurie' with 2 single beds.

First floor: hall (with small kitchen area) leading to 2 separate sleeping areas. 1st set comprises a hallway with desk and library area, and 2 bedrooms with private bathroom facilities in each: Chambre 'Chiroubles' with 2 single beds and Chambre 'Chénas' with 2 single beds. 2nd set, 'Juliénas', comprises a small living room with sofa bed for 1 person, 2 double bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 small bedroom with 1 bunk bed) and a large shower room with WC.

Table soccer available in the wide corridor on the first floor. Umbrella bed and high chair available.

Outside: ample parking, enclosed grassy garden with shaded terrace, picnic table, private barbecue and heated in-ground swimming pool (7.6 m x 4 m, 1.45 m deep, open from 01/05 to 30/09, weather permitting, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.).

All inclusive: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price.

A reception room for 35 people can be rented in addition to the Holiday cottage for small events - please ask the owners.
