Close to the Saône-et-Loire region, this large Holiday cottage with Piscine is an ideal place to get together with family or friends, close to the Beaujolais crus!

A spacious, fully renovated holiday cottage that can accommodate up to 15 people, located in the heart of the village of Émeringes.
The owners live on the property (in another wing of the building) and will give you a warm welcome. Committed to environmental sustainability, they have installed solar panels and are self-sufficient in electricity.

On the ground floor of the holiday cottage (exterior access via 3 steps): entryway, foyer, access via 3 steps to the living area (kitchen, dining, and living areas), 1 bathroom with a toilet. A hallway leading to a sleeping area consisting of 2 bedrooms: the “St Amour” bedroom for 4 people with 4 single beds, including 2 bunk beds, and the “Fleurie” bedroom with 2 single beds.

Upstairs: hall (with a small auxiliary kitchen area) leading to 2 separate sleeping areas. The first suite consists of a hallway with a desk and a library area, plus two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom: the “Chiroubles” bedroom with two single beds and the “Chénas” bedroom with two single beds. The second suite, “Juliénas,” consists of a small living room with a single-person sofa bed, two double bedrooms (one bedroom with two single beds, one small bedroom with bunk beds), and a large bathroom with a toilet.

A foosball table is available in the spacious ground-floor hallway. An Umbrella bed and high chair are available.

Outside: large parking area, enclosed grassy garden with a shaded patio, picnic table, private barbecue, and a heated in-ground Piscine (7.6 m x 4 m, depth 1.45 m, open from June 1 to September 30 depending on the weather, and from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.). This pool is located below the main building and is not adjacent to the holiday cottage’s living area.

All inclusive: electricity and heating costs, bed linens, towels, and household linens, as well as end-of-stay cleaning, are included in the rental price.

A reception hall with a capacity of 35 people can be rented in addition to the holiday cottage for small events—please contact the owners for more information.
