Large 5-bedroom Holiday cottage in a winegrower's cottage in the Beaujolais wine region, north of Villefranche-sur-Saône and close to Mont Brouilly.
It is housed in an old stone vat house, adjoining the house of one of the owners (not overlooked).
Spacious, bright and comfortable interior.
First floor: large living room (kitchen area with large electric oven, dining area, relaxation area) opening directly onto the terrace. 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds that can be converted into 1 bed 180 x 200 cm as required) with private shower room and toilet (the whole unit is accessible for people with reduced mobility), 2nd separate toilet.
The owners have an apartment cellar stocked with their own wines.
First floor: living room (sofa convertible into 1 x 160 x 200 cm double bed). 4 bedrooms, including 3 doubles (each with 2 single beds that can be converted into 1 single 180 x 200 cm bed) and 1 family room for 5 people (including 1 sofa bed for 2 people, 1 single bed and 2 other single beds on the low-ceilinged mezzanine). Shower room (including 2 showers) and 2 separate toilets.
Bed linen provided. Baby equipment on request: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, toilet reducer.
Outside: large, raised, gated terrace (28 m²) with garden furniture and magnificent views of the village and surrounding Countryside. Private charcoal barbecue. Large flat plot (gravel, not enclosed), parking.
Not suitable for festive gatherings.
Possibility of renting an additional room on site, on the first floor, in the vaulted cellar (information and booking directly with the owners).
Villefranche-sur-Saône 14 km - Hameau Duboeuf (vineyard and wine theme park) 17 km - Mâcon 35 km.

Accueil parfait à l'heure que nous avions demandé et visite de la cave du propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute de nos diverses questions concernant son métier de viticulteur.
Nous avons passés 4 jours exceptionnels entourés des vignobles du Beaujolais malgré les averses intempestives. Le propriétaire nous a ouvert une salle sous le logement pour stocker nos 9 vélos (groupe cyclistes). Petit bémol, une 2ème salle de bain à l'étage serait la bienvenue vu le nombre de couchage (11) sinon tout est fonctionnel et bien entretenu.- Cleanliness

Merci pour votre avis très positif. L'espace disponible ne nous permettait pas effectivement d'aménager un espace salon pour 15 personnes. Au plaisir de vous accueillir lors d'un prochain séjour.

Quelle belle surprise et quelle belle vue sur les vignes Beaujolaises !!!
Le gîte est tout simplement parfait, bien équipé, confortable, spacieux et agréable. La literie est très confortable, tout le nécessaire en cuisine, les deux salles de bains dont une double et les quatres WC sont un plus pour être prêts plus rapidement le matin surtout lorsque l'on est nombreux comme nous l'étions.
Nombreuses balades au départ du gîte, possibilité de jouer à la pétanque sur le grand parking, bbq très bien et assez grand.
Les contacts avec les propriétaires étaient très fluides et bienveillants.
Jacques, l'un des propriétaires nous a proposé une dégustation de ses vins et nous avons passé un très agréable moment en sa compagnie, grâce à ses explications avisées et bien évidemment à ses vins.
Nicole, charmante copropriétaire du gîte nous a été également d'une aide très précieuse grâce à ses explications diverses sur l'environnement du gîte, balades, visites, marchés.....
