Gite du Clair de Nety

A gîte for families and friends to enjoy the beauty of the Beaujolais vineyards and the warm welcome of the winemaker!

Large 5-bedroom Holiday cottage in a winegrower's cottage in the Beaujolais wine region, north of Villefranche-sur-Saône and close to Mont Brouilly.
It is housed in an old stone vat house, adjoining the house of one of the owners (not overlooked).

Spacious, bright and comfortable interior.
First floor: large living room (kitchen area with large electric oven, dining area, relaxation area) opening directly onto the terrace. 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds that can be converted into 1 bed 180 x 200 cm as required) with private shower room and toilet (the whole unit is accessible for people with reduced mobility), 2nd separate toilet.
The owners have an apartment cellar stocked with their own wines.
First floor: living room (sofa convertible into 1 x 160 x 200 cm double bed). 4 bedrooms, including 3 doubles (each with 2 single beds that can be converted into 1 single 180 x 200 cm bed) and 1 family room for 5 people (including 1 sofa bed for 2 people, 1 single bed and 2 other single beds on the low-ceilinged mezzanine). Shower room (including 2 showers) and 2 separate toilets.
Bed linen provided. Baby equipment on request: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, toilet reducer.
Outside: large, raised, gated terrace (28 m²) with garden furniture and magnificent views of the village and surrounding Countryside. Private charcoal barbecue. Large flat plot (gravel, not enclosed), parking.
Not suitable for festive gatherings.

Possibility of renting an additional room on site, on the first floor, in the vaulted cellar (information and booking directly with the owners).
