Discover this characterful Holiday cottage in an authentic 17th century farmhouse, fully restored, where the charm of the past meets modern comforts. Situated in a peaceful hamlet just 16 km northwest of Lyon, this accommodation guarantees peace and quiet while remaining close to all amenities in the neighboring village.
Pushing open the door, you enter a vast winter room/garden featuring an old converted bread oven, leading to a large, convivial living room, ideal for entertaining family and friends. With its two sitting and dining areas, this room, which has retained its stone walls and exposed beams, invites you to relax.
The separate, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing tasty meals, to be enjoyed on the terrace with pergola that opens directly onto an enclosed, flower-filled garden. An old wine press adds to the bucolic charm of this outdoor area, where you can also enjoy deckchairs for lazy moments and a charcoal barbecue for convivial grilling.
The Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms (a total of 2 double beds and 6 single beds) spread over several levels.
First floor: winter garden, living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
1st floor: small corridor, bathroom including WC. 2nd corridor leading to the night area: (1 bedroom with 2 single beds), (1 family suite comprising 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and another open-plan bedroom with 2 single beds).
Upper floor (attic): 1 attic bedroom (1 x 120 cm single bed, 1 x 90 cm single bed, 1 baby bed).
Baby equipment available on request.
Outside: Terrace, enclosed garden with flowers (access to the entrance of the neighboring house, possibility of passage), deckchairs. Private parking spaces outside the property.

Nooo21 Gîte au calme
Gîte au calme et au frais à seulement 20 min de Lyon. J'avais réservé pour les 40 ans entre copines, c'était parfait !
Les Uber viennent jusqu'à nous. 30°C dehors mais une maison très fraîche. Des matelas confortables. Un accueil chaleureux. Je recommande vraiment ce gîte.- Cleanliness

Benoît Excellent séjour
Nous étions 3 adultes et 7 enfants de 1 à 7 ans. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'espace à disposition pour les enfants, la cuisine très bien équipée, la literie confortable et la flexibilité de la propriétaire pour l'arrivée et le départ.
L'hébergement est idéalement situé à 15 min. en voiture du P+R de la gare de Vaise, qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Lyon en métro en quelques minutes seulement. L'hébergement est situé à quelques minutes du centre du village qui dispose d'un boucher, d'un boulanger et d'une supérette. Tout est à portée de main. Idéal avec des enfants.- Cleanliness

Albine Müller Schönes Gîte zum Wohlfühlen
Anlässlich einer Hochzeit in der Domaine de la Genétiere war das Gite für uns als 10-köpfige Familiengruppe ideal.
Die Kinder konnten gefahrlos im Garten spielen (eingezäuntes Grundstück), es gab sehr viel Platz für jede Partei, zwei Bäder mit WC sorgten für eine entspannte Morgenatmosphäre und die Terrasse mit ausreichend großem Tisch für alle bot uns die Gelegenheit, draußen zu essen.
Leider ist im Zimmer im Erdgeschoss das Doppelbett für große Personen (wir 1,76m und 1,80m) fast ein wenig zu kurz.
Schön wäre es aber, wenn das untere WC renoviert werden würde…
Auch ist die sehr, sehr steile (fast eine Hühnerleiter) Treppe zum obersten Zimmer nicht für alle Personen geeignet, die nicht mehr so mobil sind.
Ansonsten sind alle Zimmer sehr bequem, es gibt genügend Stauraum und viel Platz im Wintergarten für die Kinder zum Spielen.
Im großzügigen Wohnbereich findet jeder einen Platz zum Lesen, Musikhören und dergleichen.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet das nötige Equipment zum Kochen.
Mit den sehr freundlichen Vermietern hat die Kommunikation reibungslos funktioniert.
