Discover this characterful Holiday cottage in an authentic 17th century farmhouse, fully restored, where the charm of the past meets modern comforts. Situated in a peaceful hamlet just 16 km northwest of Lyon, this accommodation guarantees peace and quiet while remaining close to all amenities in the neighboring village.

Pushing open the door, you enter a vast winter room/garden featuring an old converted bread oven, leading to a large, convivial living room, ideal for entertaining family and friends. With its two sitting and dining areas, this room, which has retained its stone walls and exposed beams, invites you to relax.
The separate, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing tasty meals, to be enjoyed on the terrace with pergola that opens directly onto an enclosed, flower-filled garden. An old wine press adds to the bucolic charm of this outdoor area, where you can also enjoy deckchairs for lazy moments and a charcoal barbecue for convivial grilling.

The Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms (a total of 2 double beds and 6 single beds) spread over several levels.
First floor: winter garden, living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
1st floor: small corridor, bathroom including WC. 2nd corridor leading to the night area: (1 bedroom with 2 single beds), (1 family suite comprising 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and another open-plan bedroom with 2 single beds).
Upper floor (attic): 1 attic bedroom (1 x 120 cm single bed, 1 x 90 cm single bed, 1 baby bed).
Baby equipment available on request.

Outside: Terrace, enclosed garden with flowers (access to the entrance of the neighboring house, possibility of passage), deckchairs. Private parking spaces outside the property.
