This apartment on the 1st floor of a residence on the heights of Royat has it all!
A breathtaking view of Clermont-Ferrand from its large balcony, a large, bright living room... We can already see you on vacation there!
You'll feel like you're in the city, but still in the countryside, thanks to the Parc Bargoin just a stone's throw away, or the vast expanses of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne a little further up the road from the city.
A good compromise to please everyone, don't you think?
The apartment comprises:
-a large living room with kitchen and living room opening onto a balcony terrace
-two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm)
-one bedroom with two 90cm beds
-a shower room/WC
-a shower room
-separate WC
Free unassigned parking in the residence.
In another building of the residence, you will have access to a small gym and a sauna shared by the whole condominium.
Access to the residence via a slope (not recommended for low-slung cars).
Rates for 3-week cures on request

5/5Un bel appartement spacieux, bien équipé ( literie, électroménager et mobilier ) et doté d'une superbe vue sur Clermont-Fd sans oublier un box véhicule fermé dans le parking sous-sol, proposé par un hôte très sympathique et disponible.
