You'll feel like you're in the City, yet still in the countryside, thanks to the Parc Bargoin just a stone's throw away, or the vast expanses of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne a little further up the road from the city.

The apartment comprises :

Free parking in the residence.
In another building of the residence, you will have access to a small Sports hall and a Sauna shared by the whole condominium.
Access to the residence via a slope (not recommended for low-slung cars).

Un bel appartement spacieux, bien équipé ( literie, électroménager et mobilier ) et doté d'une superbe vue sur Clermont-Fd sans oublier un box véhicule fermé dans le parking sous-sol, proposé par un hôte très sympathique et disponible.

Il est proche de Vulcania, du Puy de Dôme et de Clermont ...
