Come and stay in this recently restored gîte, with its private south-facing courtyard. Relax under the awning. The house is adjoined by the owner's house and a hairdressing salon. The gîte is very well insulated, and you'll enjoy absolute peace and quiet. You'll be right in the center of the village, where you'll find shops and services.
The house has two floors:
- First floor: living room with open kitchen and separate toilet.
- 1st floor: bedroom with double bed (140cm) and bedroom with twin beds (90cm), bathroom with large walk-in shower and separate WC.
Electric heating and electricity according to consumption (8Kw/day free).
Private parking in the courtyard or public parking nearby.
Seychalles is within easy reach of the freeway network, so you can explore the whole département: visit Clermont-Ferrand, discover Thiers, the capital of knife-making, go hiking or biking, climb to the top of the Puy de Dôme on foot or with the cogwheel train...
Possibility of renting with gîte 631011 for a total capacity of 6 people.
Please note: deposit cheque (= 350€) + cleaning deposit cheque (=60€) to be given to the owner on arrival.

Le propriétaire est très sympathique, accueillant et disponible sans être envahissant. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Seychalles : le village est tranquille, les gens sont accueillants.

Location très agréable. Propriétaire très prévenant envers ses locataires. Très bien situé pour visiter les environs. Le propriétaire fait même office de tourisme et nous a donné toutes les indications des lieux à visiter !

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Le logement est vraiment très sympa.Le propriétaire est très accueillant et très accessible. Il est vraiment aux petits soins de ses locataires. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour extrêmement agréable !
