Come and stay in this recently restored gîte, with its private south-facing courtyard. Relax under the awning. The house is adjoined by the owner's house and a hairdressing salon. The gîte is very well insulated, and you'll enjoy absolute peace and quiet. You'll be right in the center of the village, where you'll find shops and services.
The house has two floors:
- First floor: living room with open kitchen and separate toilet.
- 1st floor: bedroom with double bed (140cm) and bedroom with twin beds (90cm), bathroom with large walk-in shower and separate WC.
Electric heating and electricity according to consumption (8Kw/day free).
Private parking in the courtyard or public parking nearby.
Seychalles is within easy reach of the freeway network, so you can explore the whole département: visit Clermont-Ferrand, discover Thiers, the capital of knife-making, go hiking or biking, climb to the top of the Puy de Dôme on foot or with the cogwheel train...
Possibility of renting with gîte 631011 for a total capacity of 6 people.
Please note: deposit cheque (= 350€) + cleaning deposit cheque (=60€) to be given to the owner on arrival.

lorho Très bon séjour
Très bon séjour à Seychalles en famille à 4 avec 2 enfants. Propriétaire très accueillant et prévenant. Le gite est soigné tant dans son équipement que sa finition. Le lieu permet de rayonner vers les volcans, le Sancy, Clermont...Bien placé. La prise électrique est bien pratique pour les voyageurs en voiture électrique. Des bornes rapides se trouvent par ailleurs à proximité (parking supermarché Pont du Château).

Très beau gite bien rénové au centre d'un village.
On a particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de recharger sa voiture chaque soir pour repartir en balade le lendemain (prise électrique 2kW)- Cleanliness
