Country Escape in the Heart of the Auvergne: Your Stay in Saint Genes du Retz

Push open the door of this old barn and let yourself be charmed by the authenticity of the place. Nestled in a peaceful setting on the Allier border, it has been carefully converted by the owners into a magnificent gîte for 12 people. Like us, you'll be seduced by the charm of the building, the large living room, spacious bedrooms and private shower rooms that make this gîte particularly comfortable.

On the first floor, the gîte is composed as follows:
-A large living room with kitchen and lounge
-A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a private shower room/WC (PMR accessible)
A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room/WC (PMR accessible)

1st floor :
-One bedroom with a 160cm bed and private shower room/WC
-One bedroom with 160cm bed and private shower room/WC

2nd floor:
-A dormitory with four 90cm beds (+ one additional 90cm bed), and the icing on the cake... a table football table.
-A sanitary area with two showers and two WCs

Outside, the gîte has a lovely terrace with garden furniture, as well as a garden shed for storing bicycles.
Parking is convenient, with private spaces in front of the entrance gate.
