Push open the door of this old barn and let yourself be charmed by the authenticity of the place. Nestled in a peaceful setting on the Allier border, it has been carefully converted by the owners into a magnificent Holiday cottage for 12 people. Like us, you'll be seduced by the charm of the building, the large living room, spacious bedrooms and private shower rooms that make this Holiday cottage particularly comfortable.

The Holiday cottage includes :

First floor:
- A large living room with kitchen and lounge
- A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a private shower room/WC (accessible for wheelchair users)
- A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and private shower room/WC (accessible for disabled people)

1st floor :
- One bedroom with a 160cm bed and private shower room/WC
- One bedroom with a 160cm bed and private shower room/WC

2nd floor:
- A dormitory with four 90cm beds (+ an additional 90cm bed), and the icing on the cake... a table football table.
- A sanitary area with two showers and two WCs

For your comfort, the Holiday cottage is air-conditioned.

Outside, the Holiday cottage has a lovely terrace with garden furniture, as well as a garden shed for storing bicycles.
Parking is convenient, with private spaces in front of the gate at the entrance to the Holiday cottage.
