In the heart of the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne, enjoy this very comfortable Holiday cottage with its warm, modern atmosphere and ideal location! Set in a former barn, the Holiday cottage, totally renovated in 2020, comprises on one level:
-a kitchen opening onto a living/dining room
-bedroom with double bed (140cm) and adjoining dressing room
-bedroom with two 90cm beds
-a shower room
-separate WC
Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided and heating included. Baby equipment available (Umbrella bed, high chair and bathtub). A laundry room and a garage (bikes/motorbikes/skis/car not authorized) are also at your disposal. You'll enjoy a vast, green outdoor space (approx. 3500m²) with garden furniture and barbecue, and a beautiful, unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. Private parking with reinforced socket for electric or rechargeable hybrid vehicles: fixed price 45€/week. Many activities nearby: La Bourboule is 10 km away, a small town with Belle Époque charm, offering a wide range of activities for young and old alike: Swimming pool, Cinema, Fenestre park, Cross-country skiing, Hiking, mountain biking... For downhill skiers, head for Le Mont-Dore, just 14 km away. Holiday cottage just off the D922 (zone 30).

Très bon accueil du propriétaire avec petit cadeau de bienvenue. Le gîte est bien placé, très bien équipé et très calme. Très jolie vue depuis le jardin. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

M.B un coin à découvrir
ce qui est appréciable c'est le lieu calme et aéré, avec une vue dans les lointains
l'ensemble du gite, son équipement est tout à fait conforme au descriptif.
