In the heart of the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne, enjoy this very comfortable gîte with a warm, modern atmosphere and an ideal location! Housed in a former barn, the gîte, totally renovated in 2020, comprises on the same level a spacious living room with open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a superb dressing room, a bedroom with two single beds (90cm), a shower room and a separate toilet. For your comfort: beds made on arrival, towels provided and heating included. Baby equipment available (cot, high chair and bath). A laundry room and a garage (bikes/motorbikes/skis/car not authorized) are also at your disposal. You'll enjoy a vast, green outdoor space (approx. 3500m²) with garden furniture and barbecue, and a beautiful, unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. Private parking with reinforced socket for electric or rechargeable hybrid vehicles: fixed price 45€/week. Numerous activities nearby: La Bourboule is 10 km away, a small town with Belle Époque charm, offering numerous activities for young and old alike: swimming pool, cinema, Fenestre park, cross-country skiing, hiking, mountain biking...
