-a kitchen opening onto a living/dining room
-bedroom with double bed (140cm) and adjoining dressing room
-bedroom with two 90cm beds
-a shower room
-separate WC

Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided and heating included. Baby equipment available (Umbrella bed, high chair and bathtub). A laundry room and a garage (bikes/motorbikes/skis/car not authorized) are also at your disposal. You'll enjoy a vast, green outdoor space (approx. 3500m²) with garden furniture and barbecue, and a beautiful, unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. Private parking with reinforced socket for electric or rechargeable hybrid vehicles: fixed price 45€/week. Many activities nearby: La Bourboule is 10 km away, a small town with Belle Époque charm, offering a wide range of activities for young and old alike: Swimming pool, Cinema, Fenestre park, Cross-country skiing, Hiking, mountain biking... For downhill skiers, head for Le Mont-Dore, just 14 km away. Holiday cottage just off the D922 (zone 30).
