This place "unlike any other" is a real success story! This majestic stone edifice, first mentioned in 1450, has undergone a major facelift. The past has not been forgotten, however, and the history of this old building has been beautifully highlighted: Former paper mill, then flour mill and vacation camp. We've also created a concept holiday for you: five magnificent guest rooms offering the utmost comfort and refined decor in the heart of this exceptional site. In fact, the Moulin de Nouara comprises two gîtes, five guest rooms, an exhibition room, a small store selling local crafts, an artist's residence, three function rooms and a splendid auditorium with a dream program!* All set in a totally unspoilt natural site with a view you won't soon forget. The icing on the cake: privileged access to conferences, concerts and shows. The Moulin de Nouara is a lively, friendly cultural venue open to the public.
The Symphonie guest rooms are located on the second and top floor of the main building, in the former paper drying room. Each room is more beautiful than the next, in a range of sumptuous colors. You'll love lounging in each room's private loggia overlooking the courtyard in the shade of the shutters.
Breakfasts are served in a pretty dining room with an unforgettable view of the surrounding countryside! Located right next to the bedrooms, it is also equipped with an extra kitchen at your disposal.
And for book lovers, there's a cosy library on the 1st floor!
