The owner has preserved the house's character (ornamental fireplace, local stonework...) and its integration into the landscape, in a wooded area.

Spanning 80 m² on two levels, it features a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with sitting area, two upstairs bedrooms (four single beds and a Baby bed), a shower room and a toilet. Central heating ensures optimum comfort all year round.
Outside, you'll enjoy 200 m² of private grounds with barbecue and jeu de boules.
A shared storage area is available for bicycles or Fishing gear.
